The Swindon Film Society shows British and international films at the centre.〔 From 1 April 2014 Swindon Borough Council passed management of the venue to HQ Theatres & Hospitality on a ten year contract who also manages the Wyvern Theatre in Swindon.〔http://www.swindon.gov.uk/artscentre〕 ==Refurbishments== The Swindon Arts Centre reopened in January 2003 following its refurbishment. Improvements included the addition of a lift in the new entrance foyer to give easy access to the auditorium on the first floor, new accessible toilets and new seats in the auditorium. In 2010 the venue underwent a major refurbishment.
